1. Attendance & Participation

• A minimum of 80% attendance is required in all sessions to be eligible for placement assistance, including:
  • Course-related sessions
  • Communication skills sessions
  • Soft skills training
  • Interview training sessions
• Active participation in discussions, assessments, and activities is essential for course completion.

2. Course Commitment & Completion

• Students must complete all assigned tasks, projects, and assessments as per the curriculum.
• Failure to submit assignments on time may impact certification and placement eligibility.
• Course schedules and faculty assignments are subject to change as per institutional requirements.

3. Communication & Updates

• Students will receive a list of official contact numbers on their first day.
• Students must save these contacts and send a WhatsApp message to each number with:
  • Full Name
  • Course Name
  • Location
  • Mode of Learning (Online/Offline)
  • Date of Joining
• All official communication, including session updates, will be shared via WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Students who do not save the contact numbers may miss important updates, and the institution will not be responsible for such cases.

4. Course Upgrade & Transfer Policy

• Upgrading to a higher-level course is allowed, subject to eligibility and availability.
• Downgrading to a lower-level course is not permitted.
• Transfers to another course or learning mode are subject to approval and availability.

5. Fees & Refund Policy

• Booking fees and registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Course fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless the institution is unable to conduct the course as promised.
• Any fee adjustments for course upgrades must be settled before starting the upgraded course.

6. Placement Assistance & Certification

• Placement assistance is available only to students who meet the attendance, performance, and conduct requirements set by the institution.
• Certification will be awarded upon successful course completion and clearance of all dues.

7. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Actions

• Students are expected to maintain professionalism, discipline, and ethical conduct throughout the course.
• Any misconduct, disruption, or violation of institutional policies may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment without a refund.
